Our Connection Impact (CI) approach is all inclusive. We focus on soft skills, financial literacy and high-tech career fields by providing education and training, mentoring, and personal and career counseling.  We serve military Veterans, Light Offender Re-Entry program participants, At Risk Young Adults between age of 18-26 ~ not excluding all displaced and disadvantaged adults that simply desire a new career path. In addition, We have STEAM curricula opportunities specifically targeting individuals residing in rural agriculture demographics.
